How to apply for a survey
Podiatric surgical facilities that wish to apply for accreditation by AAPSF should begin by sending a request for an application packet which will include an Application for Survey and the AAPSF manual. The Application for Survey should be returned to AAPSF with the non-refundable application fee and the facility should retain a copy for their records. Send requests to:
